Pricing & Intake Process

Our session fee is $280 per 50 minute session.
This rate reflects a reduced fee compared to the Australian Psychological Society’s (APS) recommended rate of $311 per 50 minute session, to help make quality psychological care more accessible.

If you’re accessing sessions under a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session.

Intake Process

  • To get started, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll be in touch to arrange your first session

  • After you submit the contact form, a clinician will reach out via phone or email. You can note any preferred method, day, or time in the form. The clinician will ask about the support you’re seeking, discuss scheduling, and answer any questions you have.

  • Before your sessions can begin, we ask that you complete our Consent Form and Intake Form. Sessions cannot commence until they are submitted. For more info on these forms, see our FAQ’s.

  • A clinician will book an intake session for you. Reminders will be sent prior to your appointment.

  • Your first session will be an Intake Session. A video link will be sent to your email prior to your appointment. If your psychologist is a good fit, you can then book your future sessions. For more info on what happens during an intake, see our FAQ’s
