About Us
Launching in 2026, Stonebrook Psychology will offer compassionate, person-centred, and neuroaffirming psychological care for adults across Australia via telehealth. We accept a range of presentations including late diagnosis of neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), chronic illness, perinatal and infant mental health, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, and more.
Guided by our values of compassion, growth, curiosity, and authenticity, we provide a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy, we tailor support to each person’s unique needs and pace, helping them feel understood, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
Our Story
Stonebrook Psychology was founded with a simple but powerful vision, to create a space for compassionate, quality mental health care accessible to adults across Australia. Launching in 2026, we’re proud to offer person-centred and neuroaffirming psychological support via telehealth, so care can meet people wherever they are.
Founded by Maddison, a Clinical Psychologist Registrar with experience across private practice, schools, and community health settings, Stonebrook Psychology grew from a deep love for psychology and a commitment to supporting others. Maddison wanted to create a service that feels both professional and human, where evidence-based approaches meet genuine care.
Maddison holds a strong passion for neuroaffirming practice and supporting individuals navigating late diagnoses, chronic illness/pain, and grief/loss mangement. She is also deeply committed to perinatal and infant mental health, offering compassionate support to parents as they navigate the challenges and transitions of pregnancy and early parenthood.
Stonebrook Psychology is more than a practice, it is the beginning of a new chapter in making therapy accessible, flexible, and deeply personal.
